1. Ownership of Goods

All goods and parts supplied by Aksal Motors Limited remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. Ownership does not pass to the customer until the invoice has been paid in full.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work or as otherwise agreed in writing. Any overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges and reasonable costs incurred in the recovery of the debt, including legal fees and third-party collection agency charges.
